We analyze your goals, constraints, and competition. Sometimes the optimal solution for your needs is unexpected, sometimes not.
In this phase, we may also recommend protoyping, focus group testing, log analysis, competitive analysis, the development of user profiles, and analysis of branding and client identity. At the end of the phase, we deliver technical and functional specifications.
